A: First, there are various things that you need to know when downloading the videos and attempting to open them to view.

Q: I can't view the videos! What can I do?

A: Be sure that you are using the correct video format. You can't always watch a WMA file in Real Audio. You will also want to be sure that you've downloaded the most current version of the video format. The links above will direct you to the most current version. You may also need a program called, DIVX. This is a coding system that is needed for some WMA files. You can click the DIVX link to download the program for free.

Q: There's no sound when I watch the video!

A: Again, you will need to download the most current version of Windows Media Player and Real Audio. The files may have been created with new software, and will not work any other way. Most of the time, when you upgrade your formats, you can hear the videos again.

Q: I can't get the files to download. Any suggestions?
